Our Services Include:
PARTY SET-UP...Hair, make-up, pictures, etc. You'll be busy on your special day and you won't have time to decorate (neither will your friends or family)!
"DAY OF" COORDINATION...Enjoy your event and spend time with those you love most by allowing Avail to execute your plans.
HOST / SERVER SERVICE...Enjoy your own party by allowing Avail to check coats, manage the buffet, pass appetizers, serve drinks and simply maintain the ascetics of the room. We'll even stay to do the dishes and clean kitchen at the end.
LATE NIGHT RECEPTION CLEAN-UP AND DELIVERY...It's been a long day and there's still work to do!
Rest your feet and get a start on your honeymoon, because Avail will arrive immediately after the party to take down decorations, box center pieces, stack tables & chairs, etc...
We will make sure the catering and rental companies get their items and that the venue is clean enough for you to get your deposit back (if applicable).
BEST OF ALL...we will deliver everything to your home the same evening!

Jodi Homstad is ordained through the Universal Life Church Monastery to legally perform wedding/commitment ceremonies, funeral and baptismal services.

I so appreciated your presence during the tea this year. It was such a joy for me to sit and talk with the ladies instead of making sure all the food was out, answering the door and cleaning up.
We hired Avail to ease some of the burdens of the day. I cannot stress enough how pleased we were with their services. They did an excellent job.
They also helped us with the dogs by going to the house to feed them. One of the dogs was the ring bearer at the ceremony and Avail was there to intercept the dog and bring him home during all of this. Avail set-up the reception. When or guests arrived the venue looked beautiful, elegant, and classy. There was nothing left undone. Then to top it off they took all the wedding gifts and brought them back to the house. We were able to relax and enjoy the day because Avail was there to handle all of the behind the scene but very important tasks.

Jodi did so much more than I expected an absolutely WONDERFUL job with the task. She was incredibly warm, receptive, communicative, and efficient. She handled all of the items left at the site with extreme care, and returned things promptly the following Monday at my request!
She handled the job as if she were a family member, allowing me to relax and enjoy the celebration, which also let my family and friends off the hook for the night to do the same. I am endlessly appreciative of the great job she did leaving the reception site as we had found it.
